Boarding Agreement
Boarding charges begin on the date the pet arrives at Canine Camp.  Customer agrees to notify Canine Camp 24 hours in advance of any changes in the pick up date.  Pets left for seven days after scheduled pick up-date shall be disposed of at the discretion of Canine Camp.  Owner shall remain liable for complete boarding fees as well as all other charges in the care, maintenance and disposal of pet.  Owner or owner-agent agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees incurred by Canine Camp in the collection of any and all fees resulting from the care, maintenance and disposal of pet.

Should per become ill, or in need of medical attention.  Canine Camp reserves the right to administer aid or to use the services of any veterinarian or animal hospital in the treatment of pet.  All expenses so incurred shall be owners responsibility and shall be paid in full prior to release of pet.

Pet Palace, Inc/Canine Camp accepts cash or checks only, payment in full of boarding fees required upon check-in.  

Aged Pet Release 

The undersigned owner or owner-agent of the pet described herein has been advised that when older pets are boarded or groomed, they are placed under unusual stress due to relocation from  their normal environment.  This stress can result in illness, physical aggravation of latent disorders or death.  The undersigned has read and understands the above, and as owner or owner-agent of pet, agrees not to hold Pet Palace, Inc/ Canine Camp responsible for the illness or death of per for any and all expenses resulting there from.
